Seminar Registration and Deadlines
The Deadline for Seminar Prepaid Registration is Monday, February 1, 2010 at 5:00pm. After February 1st all registrations must be made on-site with an additional charge of $25.00.

Cancellations
Refunds, less a $30.00 processing fee will be sent only for those cancellations received by February 1, 2010. No refunds will be available after that date.

Case Consultation Sessions
Two Case Consultation Workshops are available-Registration is Required. If you want to participate please indicate on the registration form and also fill out the following Case Consultation Session Form and return it to the CACJ Office. PLEASE NOTE: If you are paying for your seminar registration online and wish to participate you must still complete the hard copy registration form and submit it to the CACJ office.
The Deadline to register is January 30, 2010.
